The Treasure Chest began as a dream and vision in December 2000 and after twenty three years our family run business has grown and flourished and continues to serve valued customers every month.
We are a home based business located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and have operated an online store, with much success, since the inception of our business in 2000, with the love and support, not to mention invaluable assistance, of very talented family members.
Our #1 priority at The Treasure Chest has always been excellence at every level including products, service and delivery. We embrace our clients not just as customers but as friends and treat them with the same respect and care as we would anyone who put their trust in us.
We have now limited our sales to non-perishable items. We found the shipping costs in Canada and the United States became prohibitive and as a small business we couldn't compete with the large outlets such as Amazon and Costco. None the less we endeavour to provide the same service you have come to expect from our company. We no longer prepare perishable gift baskets however we still have a large assortment of gifts for all ages.
We still ship worldwide and value our clients in Australia, Singapore, Middle East, South America, U.S., U.K., Canada….. and even include members of U.S. naval ships as our customers. Wherever there is a computer with an internet connection, The Treasure Chest will ensure the gift ordered arrives as requested on time…..every time.
