A gift certificate for 1 1/2 hour personal or telephone session with Barb Kalar, CH. Session can be arranged at time of gift certificate purchase or when ordered by the recipient.

Our gift certificate package includes 3 – 1 1/2 hour sessions. (Stop Smoking and Weight Control programs require a minimum 3 sessions)

Your first session will include a free 1/2 hour consultation period, so please allow 2 hours for the first session.
